Abilities Network is a non-profit organization that provides individualized services to adults with disabilities, children, senior as well as their families and caregivers, throughout Maryland. In our Senior Services Program, we provide services for seniors in the way of Move Coordination, Clutter Management Services, and organizing services.
We assist older adults with the difficult task of downsizing and preparing for their move into retirement living. Our gentle and caring approach to assist our clients with deciding what to bring and what not to bring is the most important part of the process. We can also coordinate the move and the many phone calls it takes to be prepared. Our team of caring staff will come to the “old” home the day prior to the move and pack up everything, then they will be back out at the “new home” once all items are delivered to unpack and re-settle the home. Our clients only job /on move day is to relax and enjoy the day – and occasionally tell us where to put their items.
Additionally, we offer de-cluttering an organizing services to those who need an extra hand with getting their homes organized! Our goal is to help our clients to remain safely in their home!
