Marc is a seasoned e-commerce professional who has worked extensively in high volume, growth oriented studios. He was the initial Studio Manager at luxury retailer Barneys, where he built an expansion studio from the ground up, making the fledging site a notable competitor to leaders in the industry.
When Stanley Black & Decker was looking to build an in-house studio, Marc was brought on board to support eleven brands and manage throughput and reduce complexity. His role expanded to operational systems, planning, and creating studio standards, which are used for global studios, opened under his tenure.
Marc has seen that innovation/improvements is achieved by embracing a philosophy, which encourages change as strategic priority, from the top down.
He consults with clients from lessons learned in capturing value and optimizing team structure.
